No flash photography, videography, gum, food, drinks are allowed. Smoking and illegal drug use of any kind is prohibited in or around the museum. Face masks (custom, ski, etc) are not allowed. Respect museum property. Disorderly contact may lead to an arrest. Museum is under surveillance and will prosecute all illegal activities.

Alcatraz East is part of The Island so parking is free in marked parking lots.

By Car/Foot/Bike: We are located in between traffic light #3 and #4 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway North. Our building is on the corner of Island Dr. and Parkway North, directly beside Stages West and Margaritaville Island Inn. Limited parking in the front and rear of the buildings, with additional parking in the Island’s municipal lot. Please do not park in front or behind Stages West.

By Trolley: If you are coming to visit us by the Pigeon Forge Trolley system, please take the North Parkway Trolley. There is a stop directly in front of the Comedy Barn Theater which will drop you off within walking distance to our building.

From I-40: Take Exit 407 to TN 66 toward Pigeon Forge. Continue on TN 66 until it becomes Parkway in Sevierville. Stay on the Parkway until you turn left onto Island Dr., which is located in between traffic light #3 and #4 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway North. Our building is on the corner of Island Dr. and Parkway North, directly beside Stages West and Margaritaville Island Inn. From Gatlinburg: Take TN 321 from Gatlinburg to Parkway North in Pigeon Forge. Turn right onto Island Dr., which is located in between traffic light #4 and #3 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway North. Our building is on the corner of Island Dr. and Parkway North, directly beside Stages West and Margaritaville Island Inn.
